Two teachers are suspended after forgetting to log out of a Zoom class then being caught ranting about their 'technologically illiterate' students who are only impressed with 'sad TikTok videos'

Two San Francisco teachers have been suspended after being caught bad-mouthing their students when they forgot to log out of a Zoom class.

One of the teachers was named by an irate parent who recorded the rant as Dan Gaines. The other, a woman, has not been identified but both have been suspended from Bethel High School in Vallejo.

The pair had just led an at-distance English class when they forgot to log off the call.

The male teacher was heard first calling the kids 'technologically illiterate'.

The teachers and kids were till logged into this Zoom call when the teachers were heard badmouthing the students

'It's so frustrating to know...these kids are technologically illiterate,' he said. He then mockingly put on the voice of a student complaining that they didn't know how to submit work electronically.

The female teacher replied: 'Older staff members will say these kids are so technologically advanced...and I'm like no they're f****** not... no they're not.'

The man replied: 'The things that impress them are so sad.

'Oh, you're impressed that a kid can record a Tik Tok... it's literally one button.'

Later, he complained that some kids didn't know howto edit movies in iMovie but they can all add puppy ears on their Insta films...'

At the end of the call, the female teacher said: 'So I'm going to get food. I think I'm going to get Taco Bell. Smell bells?'

Gaines replied: 'Oh I smell bells right now. I smell those bells like a nuc '.

Others were still on the call and tried telling the pair that they were being listened to in the comments section, but they did not notice.

The school district released a statement saying both had been suspended.

'VCUSD takes all student and parent complaints very seriously.

'We will evaluate our policies and procedures for online instruction, and will address any specific complaints regarding the appropriate conduct of our faculty and staff.

'We regret that any students were offended by this incident, and we will work carefully to resolve this matter.'

The teachers have both been suspended from Bethel High School in Vallejo.

Jeffrey Epstein spent an hour of his day watching explicit episodes of Girls Gone Wild while working out and cavorting with nubile young women at his private Caribbean island, as seen in these photos exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com. The perverted financier, who committed suicide at age 66 in August 2019, would ride his exercise bike as he watched the X-rated footage -featuring bare-breasted college girls - because it was 'inspiration' for him, a source who spent time on the island told DailyMail.com. Epstein, who reportedly demanded sex three times a day, was transfixed by the graphic videos that showed young women flashing their breasts to the camera in bars and nightclubs.   New details of his sinister life have further been exposed in never-before-seen photographs of his private island Little St James, which was dubbed 'pedophile' and 'orgy' island by disgusted locals. Epstein appears in the series of images surrounded by nubile young women, including s...

It comes just six months after a budget increase saw total predicted costs for the first stage of the high-speed line soar by £20.6billion to £43billion. In a written statement to Parliament, HS2 Minister Andrew Stephenson said half of this figure is due to preparation of the route for construction involving 'more significant challenges than anticipated'. This includes the need to remove more asbestos than expected. Another 'significant cost pressure' worth £400 million has also been identified during the development of designs for Euston station.
