A winemaker has put their Washington state estate - complete with a 5.5-acre operational vineyard - on the market for just $1.15million.    

The 16.66 acre property known as the Ellensburg Vineyard Estate is located on the Yakima River Canyon and is about 15 minutes away from Ellensburg, Washington. It's also 90min away to Seattle and 30 minutes to Yakima.

Included on the estate, which has gorgeous mountain and canyon views, is a 2,868 square foot home - built in 2000 - with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a furnished basement, which offers additional sleep space, according to the property listing.

Additional amenities also include a chef's kitchen, sunroom with wood stove, spa tub, sauna room, garage and an exterior, 85-panel solar array which powers the house. 

The vineyard itself accounts for 5.5 acres of the estate and includes 22-year-old producing vines, a wine storage space and tasting room.  

It's both a turnkey operating vineyard and a fully-licensed winery estate. The current owner has said that they will consult with whoever purchases the place.

The estate's Ellensburg Canyon Winery is said to be known for its Washington Cabernet franc, Malbec and Riesling.
