Lacey explained: 'I think I probably always will be, which I think it’s quite normal for people who have been on the journey I have.

Elsewhere in the discussion, the TV star spoke about her husband of three years taking on the role of a stay-at-home dad while she continues to play Stacey Fowler on the BBC soap EastEnders.
She said: 'He’s brilliant, he is so amazing with her. She absolutely adores him and he adores her, so it’s perfect. They enjoy spending time with each other which is lovely. He was happy to stay at home. It’s 2020, so why not?
On Matt being the only man present at the parent and baby groups, Lacey added: 'It’s sad, really, but he seems to like it.'
The Bedlam star went on to address the naysayers who have criticised her for taking a second maternity leave from the show, shortly after her comeback.

She told viewers: 'I had no idea until watching your programme, so I had a little look after I found that out and I was sort of in shock, really.
'I was surprised that people – I was trying to figure out why people were so angry. But at the same time, I have to take it as a compliment that maybe you missed having Stacey on the Square so much that I just take it as a compliment.'
The TV star also admitted her birthday plan is up in the air due to the coronavirus pandemic, stating: 'Because of coronavirus and everything that’s going on and there being so many rules… I would love to have a home birth and a water birth.
'I’m praying for the same sort of birth I had with Dusty, which was just lovely. If I could have that again, that would be delightful. Fingers crossed, my mum and Matt will be able to be there. I don’t know if I could do it without my Mum.'
